While we'd like to offer unlimited use of the system for free, there are costs that need to be covered
in association with its running and development.
We don't however want to make small teams pay to benefit from the system, so we're offering the
lowest tier of usage completely free with costs increasing as you make more use of the features.
To give you an idea of how much the system might ultimately cost you we've laid out a number of estimates below.
If none of the above options match your organization, you could instead get an estimate be answering these short questions:

To keep your costs as low as possible each feature is priced individually and you will be
billed monthly for what you've actually used in that period.
This means you won't be paying for features you aren't interested in, nor will you have to pay the full
price while your organization learns how to use the system. You can use the sliders below to create a
custom estimate for what you think your organization might ultimately use to see if it matches your budget.
Once your use of the system has stabilized, you could choose to switch to
Fixed Monthly Billing to create a more predictable
expense.
Changes made using the "Rate Column" boxes will not be persisted, rather provide a way to do "What-If?" analysis.
To persist changes, use the Details button, click Edit, and then Modify.
